Legal Information
Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions explain the rules that apply when you create an account, access casino services, make payments or participate in games through FastPay Online Casinos. Please read them before using the site.
By registering or continuing to use the casino services, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms together with the other policies that apply to your account.
1. General Information
The casino service referenced in these Terms is operated by Saphirix Solutions SRL, registered in Costa Rica under registration number 3-102-933997. The operating address stated for the service is Province 01 San José, Canton 15 Montes de Oca, Distrito uno de San Pedro, Los Yoses, Avenidas 8 y 10, Calle 39, Ly Center. The source terms identify gaming licence number 0000091 issued by the Tobique Gaming Commission.
Creating an account or using the casino confirms your acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree with them, you should not register, deposit, place wagers or otherwise use the service.
The Terms may be updated when operational, legal or regulatory requirements change. Material changes may be communicated to account holders, but users are also expected to review the current version from time to time.
English is the controlling language of these Terms. If a translated version differs from the English version, the English wording takes precedence.
These Terms should be read together with the Privacy Policy, Bonus Terms, Responsible Gaming Policy and any specific promotion or game rules displayed on the site.
2. Eligibility and Geographic Restrictions
You may only use real-money casino services where online gambling is legally available to you. It remains your responsibility to understand the law that applies in your location.
You must be at least 18 years old, or older where the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction is higher. Proof of age may be requested at any stage.
The source terms prohibit real-money access from a number of countries and territories, including the following:
- Afghanistan, Austria, Bahrain, Belarus, Belgium, Brazil and Bulgaria;
- China, Cuba, Cyprus, Estonia, Georgia, Gibraltar and Greece;
- Iran, Iraq, Israel, Japan, Latvia, Libya, Lithuania and Malta;
- Myanmar, Netherlands, North Korea, Poland, Romania and Russia;
- Somalia, South Sudan, Syria, Ukraine, United Kingdom, United States and Venezuela;
- Ontario and New Brunswick in Canada, as well as other restricted territories listed by the operator.
Users must not attempt to bypass territorial restrictions. Access can be refused and accounts may be suspended or closed where geographic, legal or eligibility restrictions are breached.
The service may also be refused where a user directs abusive, hateful, threatening or harassing communications toward staff or other users.
3. Game Availability and Provider Restrictions
Not every game is available in every jurisdiction. Individual providers can restrict titles or entire game catalogues according to their own licensing arrangements.
Using a VPN, proxy or similar technology to deliberately bypass a game or geographic restriction is prohibited. Activity of this kind may lead to account restrictions and cancellation of affected winnings.
The source rules identify regional restrictions affecting providers including NetEnt, NYX, Play’n GO, Pragmatic Play, Microgaming and Amatic. Restrictions can change without a change to the overall casino catalogue.
4. Payments and Supported Currencies
The payment system may support both fiat currencies and cryptocurrencies. The source terms list EUR, USD, CAD, AUD, NZD, NOK and ZAR together with ETH, BCH, LTC, DOGE, USDT, BNB, ADA, TRX and USDC.
Cryptocurrency transactions are processed using the exchange rate available when the transaction takes place. The casino account is not intended to operate as a currency exchange service, and direct fiat-to-crypto or crypto-to-fiat conversion is not provided as a separate financial service.
5. Taxes, Processing Rules and Fees
You are responsible for any tax reporting or payment obligations connected with your casino activity or winnings in your jurisdiction.
A withdrawal may be subject to an additional processing fee where deposited funds have not been sufficiently wagered. The source terms specify a three-times turnover requirement for slots and ten-times turnover for live or table games before a withdrawal can be treated as normally wagered.
The source conditions also state that up to two withdrawals may be processed without an additional withdrawal-frequency charge during a 24-hour period. A third or later qualifying payment during the same period can attract a 10% processing fee.
Low-risk betting patterns designed mainly to cycle funds, including broad roulette coverage with offsetting wagers, may be excluded when calculating wagering requirements.
6. Game Rules
Each player is responsible for understanding the rules of a game before placing a wager. This includes payout tables, possible bonus mechanics, odds, stake limits and any other information made available within the game interface.
Opening or playing a game is treated as confirmation that you accept the rules that apply to that game.
7. Liability and Technical Errors
Gambling involves the possibility of financial loss. The casino does not guarantee winnings or reimburse ordinary gambling losses that result from valid play.
Reasonable measures are used to protect account and personal information, although certain data may need to be processed by payment providers, game providers and other service partners where necessary to operate the service.
The casino is not responsible for interruptions caused by a user’s own device, software, internet connection or other circumstances outside the operator’s reasonable control.
If a wager, payment, bonus or balance is recorded incorrectly because of a technical or human error, the affected transaction may be cancelled, corrected or re-settled according to the terms that should have applied.
Funds credited by mistake remain subject to correction. If an incorrect amount has already been withdrawn, the account holder may be required to return it.
8. Player Accounts
Each person may maintain only one personal player account. Multiple accounts associated with the same individual may be treated as duplicates and can be closed.
Account credentials must remain private. You must not allow another person, including a minor, to use your account. Activity carried out with valid login credentials may be treated as authorised unless it results from a confirmed security failure affecting the casino’s own systems.
Accounts are intended for personal entertainment. Selling, renting, transferring or commercially providing access to an account is prohibited.
KYC checks may be required before withdrawals or where account activity needs additional verification. Payments can remain pending until the requested checks are completed.
9. Anti-Fraud and Promotion Abuse
Fraudulent, deceptive or manipulative activity is prohibited. The casino may investigate activity that appears inconsistent with ordinary personal use.
- collusion with other players;
- automated bots, scripts or prohibited software;
- use of stolen or unauthorised payment methods;
- false registration information or forged documents;
- improper chargebacks;
- exploitation of software errors, glitches or loopholes;
- multiple accounts used to obtain duplicate promotions;
- deliberate manipulation of wagering requirements.
Where fraud or promotion abuse is reasonably suspected, affected bonuses, winnings or transactions may be withheld while the activity is reviewed. An account can also be suspended or closed.
The source terms require deposited funds to be wagered at least three times before withdrawal. Multiple deposits made without play may be combined for this calculation.
10. Deposits
Available deposit methods can include bank cards, e-wallets, bank transfers and supported cryptocurrencies. The exact methods displayed can depend on your country, currency and payment provider.
Deposits must be made from a payment method that belongs to the registered account holder. Third-party deposits may be rejected or returned, and winnings associated with an unauthorised third-party payment can be cancelled.
| Currency | Minimum deposit stated in source terms |
|---|---|
| AUD | A$15 |
| EUR | €10 |
| USD | US$10 |
| CAD | C$15 |
| NZD | NZ$15 |
| NOK | 100 NOK |
| ZAR | 160 ZAR |
Cryptocurrency deposits are subject to the minimum amount displayed for the selected currency and network. Transactions sent below a processor’s minimum may not be recoverable.
Bank, card, wallet and blockchain transaction fees applied by third parties remain the responsibility of the user unless stated otherwise.
11. Withdrawals
Withdrawals can be subject to identity verification, payment-method checks and account review. Additional documents may be requested where required to confirm identity, address or ownership of the payment method.
| Currency | Minimum withdrawal stated in source terms |
|---|---|
| AUD | A$30 |
| EUR | €20 |
| USD | US$20 |
| CAD | C$30 |
| NZD | NZ$30 |
| NOK | 200 NOK |
| ZAR | 320 ZAR |
The operator aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 72 hours, although the actual time needed for funds to arrive depends on the payment provider and verification status.
The source terms set a normal maximum processed withdrawal equivalent to €5,000 per day and €50,000 per month unless a promotion or special condition states otherwise. For AUD, the listed equivalents are A$7,500 daily and A$75,000 monthly.
Where necessary, large payouts may be divided into instalments. Progressive jackpot payments may be treated separately.
The casino may use a different eligible withdrawal method where the requested method is unavailable or inappropriate. Where a conversion is required, the applicable rate should be disclosed before the transaction proceeds.
The player is responsible for fees imposed by banks, payment services or blockchain networks.
12. Dormant Accounts
An account may be considered inactive after 12 consecutive months without login or gameplay.
The source conditions allow a monthly dormancy charge of €20 or the equivalent in the account currency once an account becomes inactive. Where the remaining balance is below the fee, only the available balance may be deducted.
Dormancy charges stop when the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated in accordance with the applicable conditions.
13. Time Limit for Claims
The source terms provide a one-year period for claims arising from the casino service or these Terms. A claim submitted after that period may be treated as out of time.
14. Refund Policy
A request to refund a legitimate transaction should normally be submitted within 24 hours of the transaction. Where unauthorised access is alleged, the source terms provide a longer notification period of up to 30 calendar days from discovery.
Where a card was used for the original deposit, eligible funds may be returned to that card up to the amount deposited. Any balance above the net deposit may need to be paid using another approved method.
Bonuses and associated winnings can be deducted before a refundable balance is calculated.
Verification documents may be required before a refund is approved. Approved refunds are normally processed within the timeframe stated by the payment provider; the source policy refers to approximately five to seven banking days after approval.
15. Complaints
Complaints should first be submitted to the support team. If an issue cannot be resolved at the first level, it may be escalated internally for further review.
Only the registered account holder may submit a formal complaint about their account. Complaints cannot normally be assigned to another person.
For disputes involving game outcomes, the operator’s server records are treated as the primary technical record of the relevant game activity.
The source terms also provide for escalation to an independent alternative dispute resolution body after the internal complaints process has been completed.
16. Non-Transferability
Player accounts, balances, deposits, winnings, wagering rights and claims connected with casino activity are personal to the account holder and may not be sold, assigned, pledged, gifted or otherwise transferred without express permission.
An attempted transfer that breaches this rule may be treated as invalid.
17. Disputes and Arbitration
The source terms state that disputes arising from the casino service are subject to arbitration in Costa Rica rather than ordinary court proceedings outside that process.
Promotion abuse, multiple-account activity, deliberately manipulated wagering patterns and exploitation of software errors can result in cancellation of bonuses, Free Spins or associated winnings.
18. KYC and Account Verification
By registering, you agree that identity, age and contact information may be checked where required for account security, payments, regulatory compliance or fraud prevention.
Real-money accounts must belong to an individual person. Information requested during verification can include:
- full legal name;
- date of birth and proof that the minimum legal gambling age has been reached;
- government-issued photo identification;
- current residential address and proof of address;
- a valid email address;
- proof of ownership of a payment method where necessary.
The account may remain restricted while required documents are outstanding or cannot be verified.
If an account is found to have been used by a person below the permitted age, or if material registration information was intentionally false, the account can be closed and affected transactions, bets and winnings reviewed in accordance with the applicable rules.
